The National Service Authority (NSA) has announced an extension of the deadline for the 2025/2026 national service online registration to Friday, October 24, 2025.
The registration, which was initially set to close on Wednesday, October 15, has been extended to give eligible graduates additional time to complete the process.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, the Authority explained that the decision was made to accommodate prospective national service personnel who were unable to register within the initial timeframe.

“The registration period has now been extended to Friday, 24th October 2025. This extension is to allow additional time for prospective service personnel who, for one reason or another, were unable to complete their registration within the initial window,” the statement said.
The NSA also reminded all registered personnel to report to their places of posting and begin service by Monday, November 3, 2025, warning that those who fail to register by the new deadline risk exclusion from this year’s postings.
The Authority expressed gratitude to stakeholders and applicants for their cooperation and reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring a smooth, transparent, and efficient registration and deployment process.
The 2025/2026 national service year will see thousands of graduates deployed to public and private institutions across the country to support key sectors such as education, health, agriculture, and administration, as part of efforts to promote national development.
