New Patriotic Party (NPP) presidential aspirant Ken Ohene Agyapong has appointed Charles Cromwell Nanabanyin Onuawonto Bissue as Campaign Administrator, effective immediately.
In a memorandum dated October 14 and addressed to all members of his campaign team, Mr. Agyapong outlined Bissue’s responsibilities, highlighting the need for strong coordination and strategic oversight as the race for the NPP flagbearer position intensifies.
According to the memo, the new Campaign Administrator will supervise all administrative operations, ensure effective communication among directorates and working groups, and streamline reporting and decision-making within the campaign.

“All external campaign correspondence must now be routed through the Campaign Administrator’s office. Likewise, all internal communications, reports, or documents intended for my attention must first be submitted to him,” the statement read.
Mr. Agyapong expressed confidence in Bissue’s capacity to bring discipline, cohesion, and focus to the campaign, urging all team members to cooperate fully with the new structure.
Charles Bissue, a former presidential staffer and General Secretary of the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Illegal Mining (IMCIM), is a well-known figure within the NPP. He is expected to leverage his organizational experience and political expertise to strengthen the Agyapong campaign machinery.
