National Service Postings to Be Released by November 1 – NSA Boss

The Acting Executive Director of the National Service Authority (NSA), Ruth Dela Seddoh, has announced that postings for prospective national service personnel will be released by November 1, 2025.

In an interview with JoyNews on Tuesday, September 9, she assured eligible personnel that the review of the posting system is near completion and urged them to remain calm.

“The transition team has been put in place and the framework for the new system has been set up. I can assure all prospective personnel that by November 1, postings will be released,” she stated.

Uncertainty over this year’s postings arose after the Ministry of Youth Development and Empowerment ordered the suspension of the NSA’s Central Management System (CMS) in June due to integrity concerns. The move left over 150,000 prospective service recruits anxious about their fate.

On June 18, President John Mahama directed an indefinite suspension of the CMS to allow for a full technical and forensic audit of the system, which had been responsible for processing national service postings.

Since then, the NSA has undergone significant administrative restructuring following the audit. Former Acting Director Felix Gyamfi has since been reassigned to the Finance Ministry, paving the way for new leadership under Seddoh.
