Photo:Pupils lie down portrait to write end of third term examination

This is the ordeal the pupils of Nadundo RC primary school in the Northern Region is going through to write their end of third term examination all throughout the 6units classroom block.

The least talk about the kindergarten the better.

This is as a result of lack of furniture in the classroom throughout the classes.
For over 5years now the school is yet to receive furniture from the assembly to augment the teaming population of pupils of Nadundo RC primary school.

This canker is gradually busing its head to the only Junior high school in the town especially when the pupils of Nadundo RC Junior high school have to sit 3 to 4 pupils on the mini desk for classes.
This is very bad  in this 21st century in the government quest to ensure every child's right to education is not truncated for whatsoever reasons.

The only alternative to parents of the town is the only private primary school in the town but parents who cannot afford are left to their fate.

It has been a source of worry and causing the anxiety of parents of this little ones as the quality of education is gradually reducing in the school.
And may ask should government place a cap on the grade of pupils graduating from the basic school to senior high school whether the people of Nadundo will in any way benefit from the government free Senior high school to ensure every Ghanaian child at least have access to go to and complete Senior high school education without fear or favor.
The future doesn't look well and actually is gloomy for the pupils of Nadundo RC primary school.

We are by this report calling on the authority concern, philanthropists, old boys and girls for their alma matter, well wishers and all stakeholders in education to come and rescue this younger generation in Nadundo in the Mion district as our several pleads have proved futile.
