No Ghanaian clubs will take part in 2018/19 CAF competitions

No Ghanaian clubs will participate in the 2018/19 season of the CAF Champions League and CAF Confederation Cup.
This was revealed by the Ghana Football Association Normalisation Committee in their first-ever meeting with clubs on Friday.
Ghana were unable to meet the deadline for submitting representatives for the competitions due to the indefinite suspension of all football activities.
Ghana presents the league champions for the CAF Champions League campaign and the FA Cup winners for the Confederation Cup.But after football activities were suspended following the airing of the Anas Documentary, the league was brought to an end after 15 matches while the FA Cup competition ended after the first round.
No winners were therefore decided and it left the Normalisation Committee with a dilemma.
Aduana Stars represented Ghana in the Champions League last season, getting kicked out in the second round qualifying before eventually dropping down to the Confederation Cup where they finished bottom of their group.
Asante Kotoko played in the Confederation Cup but exited the competition after the very first round, losing to Congolese Club CARA Brazzaville.
